Affirming all Sexual Orientations and Gender Identities
Erin Larramendi, LCAT, has a therapeutic approach that is down-to-earth, compassionate, creative and strength-based. Erin offers healing-centered engagement where therapy focuses on strengthening what supports a person’s overall well-being. Erin’s approach is tailored to the individual’s needs, often including sensory integration, metaphor, attachment, humor and play to increase self-awareness and promote resiliency.
Erin believes that everyone is their own expert about their life experience. Therapy is a collaborative exploration, free of judgment, where the client can tend to their mind, body and soul. Each session has the opportunity to include creative expression as an additional outlet for the client to experience the power of art as an agent of change. One does not need any type of education or experience in art to reap the benefits of creative arts therapy.
